EmpathyWell is a proud Approved Provider of Play Therapy Continuing Education 22-674. Each training listing should be reviewed to confirm the type and amount of CE hours offered, as not all trainings meet criteria for APT credit hours. Trainings meet criteria for CE hours for Licensed Professional  Counselors and Social Workers in Texas and for most other state licensure requirements. However, participants should review each listing and check with their state licensing boards for verification.

Participants must be present for entirety of workshop in order to receive CE credits and full completion of the course. Participants must also complete an exam and evaluation for most online trainings after the workshop in order to receive the CE credits and full completion of the course.

You do not need prior play therapy experience to attend most trainings; however, please check each training listing to identify prerequisite knowledge.

Registration for most trainings is final and refunds will not be processed. However, multi-day trainings do allow cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to training date. Please see each training listing to identify specific policies for each training. EmpathyWell reserves the right to cancel this web series in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If such occurs, EmpathyWell will attempt to notify registrants prior to the workshop and refund all registration, workshop, and fees. In all instances, the liability of EmpathyWell is limited to refunding such fees.

CE certificates are emailed to the attendee’s email address on file 2 weeks after the workshop. For most trainings, participants must complete an exam and evaluation after the workshop in order to receive the CE credits.
